What next?

So now we can add "winning" to the dictionary as an adjective I guess, thanks Charlie Sheen for dumbing us down even more. What at first was amusing is now sad and I don't really feel it needs to be front page news everywhere. I might be alone, but last I heard there was a ton of way more important shit going on in the country, and the rest of the world. Gas prices rocketing toward $5, our military receiving gay sensitivity training (no shit no lie, we will never win another war with these softies in charge), sections of our country that have declared Sharia Law as the law of the land and refuse to acknowledge American authority (thank you Deerborn, MI way to let go). So all of this, China leaving us in their dust, Russia spending big money on shiny new military toys that go boom, Iran dancing around like a pissed off 15 year old on coke chanting "we're gonna show you stupid Americans!!!!!", and much much more fun and exciting things, what do you suppose our government is concerned with....gay marriage. You know what who cares, let them have a freaking union-not marriage- but let them have a civil union and be done with it for Christ's sake. There is way bigger fish to fry my people!

Here is the deal, it is real simple, you remember those crazy things we have called laws....you know rules we're all supposed to follow. How about we enforce them!!!!! I wonder if people remember that it is actually illegal to be here with out documentation. That if you break the law you get punished regardless of race. I don't understand why the race card gets thrown every time a black person or Hispanic person commits a crime. They did it didn't they? So what's the issue. White people get popped all the time. When I worked patrol (briefly) most of the people I pulled over or cited were white, did I hear a race riot starting...nope. I really think people need to get over themselves and what color they are. Who cares! Only those of color (what ever it is) shouting about it every time they don't want to own up to their mistakes.

sooooo.....been awhile.............

Been a long time...don't think the few people who were listening in the first place are there anymore, but hey we can still play. Let's start things up again.
We are going to go a similar but different route than before. I want to know what people think, I want to learn from anyone out there. I have my political, personal, and core beliefs. I'm not looking to have them changed because fundamentally they are right, and anyone would agree with them no matter what their leaning unless they were a radical of either side unwilling to listen to anything other that their own misguided beliefs that are usually based on half truths or only the kernel of truth that suits their personal agenda.
I want to know more about our political situation, the facts, not the spin doctor, churched up, outright untruths spoken by so many of our politicians today. It is a sad and disgraceful time we live in as Americans. The average person carries on as they have always done, but now it is overshadowed to the point that we are losing our very image of self and relying instead on what the media tells us we are.
I also want to do things, things to better myself, my family, my life. I have business idea's but only a vague idea of how to implement them. I want to make my America the place it should be. I want humor in my life, but I want  it to be a constant, and not only because the latest jackass on Capital Hill made a retarded comment or bald face lie.
So let's see if we can do this right this time. I want people to interact here. Whether you are responding to me or bringing up your own topic or question. Post it. We will respond, and if it is a legit comment or question I will do my best that if anyone even participates, it will not be a bashing...it will be that lost art of debate and banter. This is what I want to do. I just need people to be a part of it with me. Call it an experiment in returning America to itself......not the blemishes and shortcoming to which our nation owns up to, but the ideal of a Republican/Democratic nation, where we can be who we were meant to be. Also remember that this is not only a political site it is an American Life Site.

Soooo.......who wants a Jeep...?

So I've been looking for a specific Chevy Tahoe for a few months, and I finally found it!!!! Exciting right! So I bought it. It is all that is awesome. One problem.....
I still have the Jeep.....
I know I know, ya'll are probably like "well why didn't you trade it in?!". I will explain. My Jeep has a retail of about $18-20k. This dealership was only going to give me 14k. So I said "peace!". Now I really need to get rid of this thing before I have to pay another car note!!!!! Man this sucks, I can't even enjoy my new car!!!!!!
And in other happy news...my computer got infected by a crazy virus (not this one) yayayayayay!!!!!!! =(
This, when I have a crazy Excel project due. FML.
Well next week I have an MRI on my hip joint to look forward to, this is where I get to find out if I really have something wrong or if I'm a hypochondriac. Yay for crazy medical tests I get to go downtown for!

Bummer

So my weekend started out soooo promising. I got to go see my husbands band play, they were uber fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! They pretty much kicked ass, brought in the biggest crowd of the night and generally impressed the hell outta everyone. Only sucky part of that night was me not being able to drink cause of these meds I'm on!!! (only 2 days left for those) Then spent the next day at the Rice Harvest Festival, it was nice!!
But then Sunday happened....I did my thing, got tons of food ready, pumped up ready to watch some Dallas Football.....WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO......or so you think.....it started out bad, got better, then we had to go screw it all up!!!!!!! As always!!!!!! man...1-4 is just embarrassing....Jerry Jones needs to stop saying we're gonna do great things!!!!! That's when we jack up!!!! Man, I'm gonna let it go for now...my blood pressure is rising....well kids....I'm gonna go, go things to do....
I get to shampoo my carpet!!! Yay...............

FRIDAY!

So it's Friday again. WooHoo!!! I get to go see my hubby and his band play tonight! I haven't been able to go in a long time. But what sucks is I'm on meds that don't let me drink!!!! DAMNATION!!!!!!
Anyway....So I got totally excited that someone was gonna buy my Jeep so I could go get my Tahoe....but no...for some reason he was looking at a Range Rover in L.A. and it got sent to me....bummer...
I have nothing else to report other than I have found the bright spot in having to wake up an hour earlier to take my brother to school...I can now listen to Walton and Johnson in the morning! Those guys make my heart happy!!! Well it's off to frantically do homework before it's due!!!! Cheers and have a good weekend!!!!!!!

Not being a B****

Ok so I try very hard not to be an angry bitch.....but it so hard and I fail soooo often.( I'm sorry Matt I know I'm hard to live with!!!!!!!)(<--my poor husband) I don't understand the level of entitlement that society feels today. I mean sure they actually are entitled to alot of stuff, but should people really be able to just open their mouths and proceed to waste my oxygen?! Take my computer class last night...there are these three guys in the back that are obviously overqualified to be in the class and are only there because it is required. Instead of just sitting there, being helpful if necessary, and making an easy A they have to present themselves in the most obnoxious pompous way possible. They sit there and consistently challenge the teacher and talk to her in the most disrespectful way possible. Fine if you don't think she's doing a good job, switch classes, talk to her one on one after class, but don't disrupt the rest of class by carrying on side conversations with each other while the teacher is trying to teach the rest of us who haven't been working in the IT field for the past 20 freakin years!!!!! I have to sit there and literally calm myself! my heart starts pounding I get so mad! I really want to start a political movement.
I mean face it we really need to insert reality and common sense back into mainstream life. I occasionally consider taking poli sci classes just so I can know how to argue these things better.
So we are about to start getting sued by random third world countries (instigated by the ever fabulous UN).
Why? you ask....well apparently we the U.S. and maybe a few other countries that are "overdeveloped" are being sued for causing "global warming/the climate disturbance" that negatively affects underdeveloped countries (somehow) more than every other country? Umm yeah, for one over half the scientists in the world have already proven that this whole deal is out of our control, it is something that occurs naturally on our planet every how ever many years. If you want an example on how out of our hands it is here you go: over the past several years we have made progress on clearing  up the air and reducing pollution....and everyone is patting themselves on the back for being so eco minded....which is a good thing!....but.....remember that volcano in Iceland that spewed for weeks and cancelled flights all over the globe? well that eruption effectively cancelled out and then some every effort and stride forward we humans had made toward helping the ozone. And look....it was a natural occurrence! we had no control over it! just like every other volcano...they produce hundreds of times more air pollution than we do! This is not saying we're not screwing things up on our own, we seem to be really good at that too.
Ok I digress....got a little involved there for a minute...and to think I was contemplating more coffee......whoa.....
anyway....have a nice rest of your day, I have to go get mine really going....stupid dishes don't do themselves, plus the dog is trying to eat my daughters hair because apparently she believed that her breakfast would be way better on her head!!!! yay for teaching self sufficiency!!!!

Holy crap! I just looked at some of the ads on my page, and they're for Immigration Lawyers, to help Illegals! Man that really chaps my ass, I don't know how to change it! Freaking Crap!!!!!!!!!!

Freakin Dog

So what the crap am I supposed to do about my freakin dog!? I mean he is a super smart yet at the same time "special" German Shepherd 9 month old puppy. I know, I know the key word there was puppy, but still, he won't keep his freakin teeth to himself! To get any attention or basically for any reason, he keeps mouthing/ nipping at everyone plus eating or attempting to eat everything...I still don't know where that mop bucket went, I mean geez even the metal handle is missing. And he jumped my 6ft fence for the second time because of construction equipment behind my house. Anyway I'm lost, don't know what to do, can't afford some of these crazy expensive trainers around here.
Anyway looking forward to going to an orthopedic appointment in the morning, hope they don't just throw ibuprofen at me and call it good.
Found a food truck the other day and it is totally bling blinging! Yeah the whole outside is like diamond plated sheet metal...how sweet is that! Man I will be straight up BLINDING people going down the road! I think I would need theme music to drive it. That would be awesome.
So has anyone ever wanted to go to..say...home depot and just spend money? I don't really have anything I need...I just wanted to wander around and find cool stuff. Man that place is like crack...
And in case your wondering about the randomness of this post, I am simply procrastinating on doing homework....I feel it is not conducive to my well being right now.
In other news my daughter is still saying "shit" I don't know how much longer I can pass it off as "sit"....people are starting to catch on...plus I probably shouldn't find it so amusing....damn this parenting stuff! It was cool when I was just the Aunt and could teach them bad stuff, laugh at my sister and run away!
Ah well....still waiting for something awesome to happen, that way this blog can become interesting...although I feel like people could post comments to further that along. Kinda feel like that crazy person that talks to themselves and you just throw change at.
OH forgot, so went to the salon the other day, and had this Mexican lady do my hair, this woman had like peacock shades of blue and green as eyeshadow and crazy improbable red hair...I was scared...and I discovered that when you here "Ay No" (in Hispanic accent) that means that she just cut your bangs way to short! Awesome....
At least the color came out good, now I just have to wait a few weeks for the rest of it to look good, man I haven't had bangs this short (bangs period) since I was 8. So weird looking.
I am not leaving you any quotes today because I am trying to find out if I even legally can....so I'll get back to you on that.
Politics wise...honestly haven't been watching the news or anything it's all the same stuff right now anyway...

So Tired

Man, it has been three days of battle...me vs cold...I can't even tell who's winning right now. I hope it's me. I also get to be on meds that "react violently" with alcohol...yay... FML any way...once again at a boring part of life...no one is fighting, it hasn't really been funny, well my little sister got stung by a scorpion at the gym, that was amusing. I have acquired two of my brothers as roommates, one of which is in high school and I face the dilemma of making him go to school when I totally understand the early on set of senioritis. I have my daughter running around the house yelling poop and climbing the stairs ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RAILING! And my husband tried to ride the dog earlier. So, yeah, normal shit. I think I'm gonna go live in Belize. On a positive note I apparently don't need to wear XL leggings anymore, down to a large...oh yeah....
I must speak about my Cowboys for a min...Lord knows I love my Boys and I was so nervous about the Texans game that my stomach hurt... I barely even drank! Roy Williams finally realized he was getting paid to actually play football. I just have to say that with the amount of talent going on on that team they better keep up the pace. I'm STILL hearing it from my in-laws about losing to their ass-hat Bears.
So this is another short one. I took benedryl and I'm feeling awesome! The bed is singing to me!

Sweet Victory

Sunday has come and gone again, but this time the Dallas Cowboys have left behind that sweet beautiful victory over Houston! Honestly they could lose all the other games of the season and it wouldn't have been as bad as if they had lost yesterday, with all the shit talkin that Houstonians were talkin!!! Ok so that is an exaggeration....I will still be pissed if they lose...... Meanwhile my husband (he's a Bears fan *shudder*) is trying to corrupt our daughter and my nieces and nephews by getting them to run around the house saying Da Bears....He might meet a foul end...I haven't decided yet...
So in other news I apparently suck at computer class...that's awesome...and I have discovered that I have no life due to overwhelming amount of shows that I "had" to watch on this season premier week. I have a show for 5 out of the week. I believe that might be a sign that I don't get out as much as I should...oh well.
So also looking at becoming a cop again...don't know how I feel about that...On paper I look like I have 5 years of patrol experience, but I don't think it really counts if it was in foreign countries.
