So I find out the other day that the renovation project I'm working on getting started (which is my first) is gonna get even more interesting. I had a hydrostatic test done and the house (my grandmother's) is on two systems pipe wise... one of them has to be replaced completely. So now I have to find out if 5k is a decent proposal....man I wish I already knew this stuff.
This is what happens when you love HGTV and DIY and HomeDepot. I really feel more attachment to my home improvement card than any other and I haven't even gotten to really break it in yet.....oh happy day when I do!
